I'm hoping someone that has more media buying experience, whether on SS, Leanmarket, or other similar platform, can validate this strategy or spot my logical flaws here.
I started a dating follow along. When i started i was just going to pick 1 site, and have optimize the campaign till it worked, that just doesn't seem possible.
So now here is my new strategy.
Take a great performing Dating ad, with a high CTR - it's a Facebook Lookalike thats says' confirm/ignore on it. Pair it with an 18+ dating offer and direct link (Direct Linking has been working best).
My strategy is to take these two things and just keep testing site after site. My goal is to find a site that converts "Decently" it doesn't have to be profitable right away, but maybe something like I spend $20 and make $8-12. If i spot that sweet spot, then i'll optimize that site.
It seems to make logical sense to me, but i want to see what you guys think. Am i doing something wrong if i take this approach? To me it seems like the most efficient way to find profitable placements...
ya you are on the right path. rotate offers and those FB style creatives you going to have a hard time on sitescout getting approved i know for sure, not sure about lean market. BUT they do convert like crazy. the main thing on dating and media buys is going to be the offer converting or not, and after you get a offer to convert, the quality is going to be the issue. but you are on the right path for sure, make sure you place pixels of course and optimize to ecpa or ecpm
the numbers i dont know they vary from people to people, its not a EASY match because of the payouts, the positive is high ctrs usually, quality is a problem so you need ways to deal with that. some sites are really good some are horrible, the horrible sites are usually very high roi so you need to make your own system, also offers vary to , on how they monetize, media buys and dating do work but its not easy by far.
