Hey Hey! Finally settled back in my Straya nest after a quick tour of the States
was a wild trip that's for sure, but now its definitely time to get back to the nitty gritty that I love. Now we all know STM is already a super duper magical world, but what would you guys like to see more of that would make STM EVEN BETTER?
Is it case studies, is it tips? Is it freebies, is it more advice? Go nuts posting below and I'd love to see the most common want, and then I will make sure that's what we focus on bringing to you guys over the next couple of months
Holla at yo boy!
And also, highly suggest taking 5 minutes of your day to have a read of this 9 mind bending epiphanies that turned my life upside down. It's a sick read, and I almost guarantee it will bring some comfort to how you feel about everyday to day problems

I'd like to see more profitable media buying follow alongs. Most common pitfalls in media buying. And maybe a section dedicated solely to Failed campaign ideas on specific platforms. That way it can give others ideas of what won't work, or maybe spark some more creativity
I like videos, webinars, anything to change it up from reading.
I would love to see some case studies from the big guys in 2012, it seems like most of this stuff is dated in 2011
I'm having lots of issues and bottlenecks of analyzing huge amount of data, especially with Mobile. I would really like to see a HUGE and in-depth tutorial on how to analyze the data more effectively and optimize from there. I believe this will 100% help most of us to have another breakthrough on most of our campaigns that are with volume.
I will be the very 1st one to vote up for this, come on guys!
Thanks!
Keep the suggestions coming!
A simple guide that tells you how to interpret your data so you can easily spot whether a campaign is an utter failure, shows promise, or will straight up kill it.
One thing i'm struggling with right now in my dating Media Buy is finding placements that convert. I'm using general ads, and direct linking seems to be converting best, however i'm getting a lot of clicks and barely any conversions. IMO these sites are a waste of time, but to the pros - are they? Could changing an angle or message really affect conversions rates THAT drastically? Or is it most likely just going to give a nice bump? For example, i spent $145 to make $12 on myyearbook.com. CTR was excellent .5% but conversions just sucked. Is that a loser? Would you rotate the offer and keep the site, or is the name of the game to drop that site like it's hot and find a much JUICIER one?
Some more recent ppv campaigns, possibly some penny actions or payday advance offers. Also more examples of the type of campaigns to use, and how to advertise those on some well known bigger volume networks, like what is important to know to get a profitable campaign running on the network, specific settings in the advertising network or does ron work or just specific sites etc.
Also more on Adult Dating would be awesome
.
Guides on mindset I would like, how does your mindset change and how do you become comfortable spending more per day and running huge volume? How do you approach this business and keep a high level or productivity.
I'd love to learn how to effectively micromanage and optimize a vast amount of campaigns.
I currently have around 150 active campaigns in CPVLab and I'm only adding more every day.
The time it takes to periodically analyze each campaign to make tweaks, assess profitability, etc. is slowing down my ability to continue launching and testing things, and I've yet to find a solid solution.
....
Personally i'd love to see some more advanced stuff, how to go broad on ppv, cloaking on Facebook, building your own offer/path, .. everything that leads to 4fig+/day campaigns.
I hate micromanaging ^^ I'm looking to build a handful of big campaigns only that pull out serious profits, so that's what i'm looking for right now.
Thanx, and keep up the good work, this forum is already awesome you know that

New and (relatively untapped) traffic sources and
"The next big thing", I mean.. i regret to have ignored IM until 2011, missing opportunities like rebills, huge traffic sources that would approve anything and other advantageous circumstances that are now gone forever. In 2012, what we should focus on before it's too late ?
- Bidding strategies with mobile
- Tutorial: How to build a landing page that fits all the mobile devices: best practices for HTML (I heard that it's best to use em instead of px for example), CSS for images, redirects etc.
i.e.: how to use something like the boiler template to create great landing pages faster?
Thank you very much team
PPV for other offers than e-mail submits.
advanced PPV tactics and case study , like what Mehdi said the things that lead to 4fig/day profit
+1 for media buy follow-alongs
More FB angles and testing strategies .
I add my vote for a training on proper tracking + reading big data. Ideally with a video "look over my shoulder" part. I think a lot of people struggle with both AND it's a skill that will make a big difference in your success. Very key yet no mastered by many.
+more follow along and analysis of past/current campaigns, those are great to learn.
+ would be great to see the seniors drop advice more often in the daily threads. I know we are all busy, but that's an easy way to teach everyone bit by bit without the effort of a structured seminar.
+ more mobile stuff
Thank you team. Love me some STM!
+ How to build a list
+ How to API dating leads
+ How to run skin care/diet/health offers
More offer-owner oriented tips.
IN! for some media buying tips.
1 Webinar Each Month Would Be Awesome ... That Could be About An Old Campaign That You Explain Or Something Like That
Thanks If You Agree It Might Also Give Some Weight

Maynzie,
Thanks for starting this thread. It's valuable in itself for the feedback we can share and exchange. Here are some of my thoughts:
1.Personally, the initial material is excellent here from all the members in terms of guides, set up and getting the ball rolling from an action perspective. It would be beneficial to have someone a bit more experience in a particular traffic source (PPV, PPC, etc) to help manage a small team of other STM members to help them grow. I know I am asking a lot since time is valuable and everyone had to find their own way, but it would dramatically help the learning curve. In turn, these younger members will now be able to reach out to more successful mentors and include them on profitable deals they find. It's a win/win.
2.Obviously, there are no hard rules on optimization, budget, etc, but again a methodology would be good to follow. Currently, I have put up a decent amount of campaigns, but it's hard to diagnose what to optimize, when to cut keywords, landing pages or direct linking, etc.
Bottom line -- leverage intelligence and time more.
Thanks again! I appreciate the opportunity to be a part of this community.

List building and managing an autoresponder series.
VIDEOS!!! I know it's been mentioned, but I'm a visual learner and I'm sure us ADD folk would benefit from stuff to the easy least to the advanced, with clear voice to understand.
Like maybe beginner: intermediate: advanced: Type sections
Advanced PPV tactics.

Big list coming along thats for sure,
There are quite a few things I can touch on here, especially the PPV, but then again there is some stuff here that I have never done myself, not even sure if the others have done it but I will ask around today :P
Thanks heaps for suggestions, if you guys got more keep em coming!

+1 for tracking & data.
Shizen, alright we gotta start picking these out one by one. Thanks lads!
+1 for the adult campaign
Offline methods.
What I like about offline methods is they're much more readily "shared" with other people, because it's so complicated to scale something I do in NYC over to, say, San Francisco. Plus, despite what people might think, they can be very very profitable.
So, I'm happy to share offline methods with people who are around the world; I know I won't really be competing with anyone I'm sharing the info with, with lowers the risk to me and raises the likelihood of successful duplication to those who are reading the threads.
I think a whole advanced / beginner section of the forum. Maybe an outline of if you're new start with this, this, and this for each beginning section. I know the fast start guide is awesome, but have a sticky at the top of each traffic source or main topic to give the newbies a clearer path to go down.
Bidding strategies please
We're going to start bringing more of what everybody loves the most. I'm organizing this thread, and will start bringing the best suggestions 1by1 to life!
- We're going to be having more STM meetups, ie: the Euro meetup!!
- More tools, ie: the free STM mobile tracker!
- More case studies, and contests, coming soon to a thread near you

I'm thinking about how to do good cloacking on FB
I see good convert dating ads everywhere on FB but when I try myself, 100% disapproved with various ways lol
Adult Dating =)
I'd really like to see some follow-alongs from the guys who really know what they're doing. It would be hugely helpful to watch Finch, Mr Green, or someone else with serious affiliate chops building a campaign - see how they do it, what choices they make, and how they choose when to persevere or kill it.
Ideally I'd like to see a follow-along in PoF, because that's the traffic source I'm working with right now, but it'd be interesting to see the methodology anywhere.
how about mentoring? i think it would be cool if experts could guide newbies in their campaigns
I'd love to see more case studies like "mr green promotes his own product" - this was one of my favorite threads in the forum so far because it opened up my way of thinking as to what to do with all my affiliate earnings / profits. As of right now, I had just been reinvesting in more campaigns and saving, but I have enough at this point that I am starting to look into other things to do with the money to diversify myself from being 100% reliant on aff marketing. So, if any other mods or anyone else in this group would be interested in sharing what they do with their money to diversify from just the traditional affiliate campaign, would love to read it.
So is this gonna happen soon?
No one said BOOBS yet?
