well i dont think SEO is dead. i have the paid strategy. wondering if there is new SEO strategy where SEO companies are using these days..

Infographics, guestposts (quality on real, niche, high authority sites), sponsorships, local directories, high quality (usually paid) directories, citation links (create custom content for high authority sites that are currently linking to but provide better content), press releases and other links for diversity blah blah. If you're building 'crap' low value links get some social signals going, press releases and paid bookmarking going. You need a reason for a surge in links or it looks unnatural.

There may be other short term strategies that work but they'll get caught in more advanced Google filters that will come along. Link building ain't cheap no more. Not to do it properly at least.

You got me there. Of course warriors are exception - I've heard they can rank pages that don't even exist yet, with hyper competitive keyword like "micro niche search engine optimization".

Look around for old shit that was working 3-4 years ago Google is always making circles. Low quality, spam links are still working - you just need to find new targets. Publicly available blog networks are still working, but they are getting de-indexed too fast so it's pointless to use them. Xrumer is doing fine, if you have custom mods and can create proper volume of links (having one or two licenses is simply not enough). There are other tools which you can 'train' to post to new platforms, like Sick Marketing, Zenno Poster or iMacros It doesn't take much to find good places to spam.

High PR (Page) links within relevant (LSI keyworded) content. Diverse LSI keyworded backlinks to those pages.

Here is what's working now for my pump and dump weight loss sites;
-aged tier 2 domains (aftermarket) with decent PR / MOZ / Links on separate class-c's. Quality content, spinning ok just use a higher quality service like wordai. Posts to your money site as well as links to others non-competing authority sites. Keep overall site OBL low. Links with no anchor (naked links).
-Teir 3 use contextual links on 2.0 / blog type properties (multiple posts)
-Teir 4 crap
-tier 5 crap

I'm ranking new sites again after getting bummed by the last penguin. Anchor profiles are ultra important now. 50 percent or more raw url, then loads of generic terms and related terms with very low percent of exact match. Around 5 percent for each kw works for me.

Use on-site to tell Google what your sites all about them build links to pass authority.
