I just have to ask, to learn.
For one offer, I (the publisher) cannot place my own pixel. The CPA network tell me that they only have "server-to-server tracking", for this particular offer. What does it imply?
The network (Peerfly) do have global postback placement (https://peerfly.com/members/postback.php), but I am not sure what that is either.
I use CPVLab. Does it have the ability to place a postback link?
I've search/googled, but not found so much info. I could also ask the network and CPVlab I know but I figured I'd toss in these questions here too.
