Questions of the day:
1. does Facebook allow Bingo ads outside the US on the self-serve platform?
2. Does Facebook allow Bingo ads for sites that also promote slots?
The Ad Guidelines say this:
Ads, Pages, and Sponsored Stories may not promote online gambling, games of skill or lotteries without prior authorization from Facebook.
My literal interpretation would mean that if they accept my ad, then I've been given permission.
Realistic interpretation - I have to apply to a higher up in FB (good luck finding them) before submitting any ads.
Or what I've seen elsewhere on the forum - I have to promise to pay a $30K/month bribe to FB in order to promote any gambling offers.

My Austrian account is also full of bingo / slot machine ads...
I guess the answer is: Nobody knows.
That platform is facebook owned, they can approve you today and fuck you the other day. But what I'm seeing, being in Malaysia, my ads column is always filled with Slots, and Biz opps. Recently I'm even seeing a whole 4 ads are bizopp occupied most of the time with big titties girls as image. Some smart guys probably banking a lot on international bizopps and gambling offers.
How did this happen? You never know. BUT, if that's your ad out there, I'll say you're one hell of a lucky guy - milk it all out until you're banned again. Then get a new account and roll it over again.
