Hey Matt if you don't mind answering this question, did you guys acquite MobAdSpy? So basically WRW is using MobAdSpy technology? Is it the exact same thing?

We did indeed acquire MobAdSpy, but the technology and data is a bit different. We took what they had and helped it transform into WhatRunsWhere Mobile. The data is fully searchable and a bit more complete as well as there's a fair amount more of it. They did a great job and we're thrilled to have them working with us moving forwards on this great product.

Hey Matt,

Thank you so much for the prompt reply. I was told by Darren as WRW Mobile is not able to filter Carrier and WIFI traffic, hope you guys could really work toward this as this feature could greatly help in making competitive analysis more effective in the mobile space.

Once again, thanks for this awesome tool and hope to see it improve and transform into an even better tool.

It's something we're working on. Right now we're going full steam ahead on Mobile. It's not so easy to do... but we're working on it....

Is it possible technology wise to develop such service for InApp ads? I think no, but probably there are a way? Have bought your mobile package for 25$/mo

I've tested this service its pretty amazing and great for seeing what kinds of ads are being promoted. It still needs ability to filter carrier/devices but this is the best tool out there hands down.

I subscribed to the Mobile Awareness package by using Mundo Media's coupon, but my interface is only catered for traditional Desktop/PC media buying ad placements. Is there any problem with my account or am I missing something out?

Anyone else that signed up new get double charged? I was charged $25, then the usual $150/month fee at the same time....

Same issue here as well, but the $150 was just temporary and dropped off the following day (today).

It's been a few days, the charge is still there. I opened up a ticket and have received no response yet either, but I get it's Labor day weekend

Hey everyone. Sorry the office was off for labor day, as I hope most of you were as well. The $150 is a pre authorization charge and goes away after a few days. We auth and then void IMMEDIATELY so no funds are actually removed from the card. If you ever need anything at all feel free to PM me here....

Hi Mattaw, I can't send PMs yet so will post here.

About the $150 pre auth fee. I used a cheque card for my transaction which is basically like a debit card that is a mastercard. The $150 was deducted from my account already and hasn't been charged back. Is this normal?

It usually takes a few days to see the money back on the card, but if you call the bank you'll see all the funds are still there.

I can't get a hold of any of you guys so i'll just post it here.

I signed up for the trial because i got the email from rob from mobadspy. All i had to do was send him an email and my account would be switched to mobile and the promised price.

3 emails, and 5 days later still no answer. Then saturday i send you guys a ticked, tuesday another one... nothing happens...... and now i'm charged the full price for, great!

Please get this sorted out asap because i hate this , pm me

Yeah I got charged as well. Haven't heard back yet from them. Rob is a good guy, was very responsive. But still not sure what's the "special" plan for beta mobadspy members is...

Simple, if you sent rob an email, it should have been sent to me, I would have then put you onto the legacy package which keeps your price forever and charged you that price. If it didn't happen, please email me directly at max@whatrunswhere.com and I'd be happy to sort it out for you asap.

If that is the case than it is very weird that rob never replied to me , even after 3 emails. But ok nevermind.

I'd have to disagree with you there. We've clearly stated what's happened numerous times here and provided support. I personally have been sick as a dog for the past few days so haven't been able to work / respond on here the way I wanted, but otherwise.......

If there's ever an issue, we have a phone number you can call, general email you can email and every issue gets taken care of promptly assuming that you work with us to fix it.

I'm honestly not sure, as far as I know all uservoice tickets are answered as soon as we see them. Do you have a ticket number? I'd love to look into this and figure it out.
