Adult related - Lower CTR in Adbucks for you?

Not sure where to place this as there isn't an Adult section in traffic sources (maybe a suggestion, mods).

Anyone running Adbucks noticed lower CTR than usual with typical ads that get .1+ on other sources? I can't seem to break beyond .07 ctr on 300x250 ads there.

I'm wondering if anyone else has had a similar experience there.

hmmm, I'm assuming that you're comparing the results with the same page position ie. NTV or footer?

+1 for adult traffic

Yeah same page positions like NTV. Adbucks has a shit tonne of traffic but I've never had solid ctr compared with other traffic sources. Just an oddity imo.

I've gotten a good CTR...but, they don't have very much traffic with the exception of maybe 2-4 placements? At least not internationally relative to some of the other sources.

Your CTR is obviously going to depend on a ton of factors...placement on the site, size of ad, where you're running the ad, what it looks like. It isn't AdBucks though.

CTRs are not anything out of the ordinary for me, but no different than any other source really. That said, there have been a few placements there with miserable CTRs, but I blame that on the site itself.

Yes I have obtained consistent .2+ CTR with adbucks.

@groomez: look at your creative design, not the network.

Its always lower for me, and conversion rate is way lower too in comparison to the other big dogs.

But yeah you can definitely still get higher CTR ads, think of blending your ads to the theme of the site you're buying from, usually skyrockets CTR
