Should I run both the LP and tracking on the same server?
If you LP is static i think its will be best to use CDN
Yeah its a static LP, but why would a CDN be better?
CDN is to make your imgs etc load faster from different locations worldwide. You still need a VPS to host your shit. It begins to matter if you are running more traffic than the box can handle. Which covers redirect speed etc.
I am using Amazon CDN , Amazon cloudfront
I think its a lot better compared to MaxCDN
Its depends on how much traffic you push its something like 12 cents for 1 GB
MaxCDN like a boss.
Maxcdn literally costs $1 for the first year for 1TB of bandwidth. Does pretty good for me. Can't say much about the others because I haven't personally tested them but there are some benchmark test around and Maxcdn holds up nicely.
Maxcdn - 1T for free until the end of August.
