I am getting ready to start my first facebook campaign. I am going to begin with a dating offer. I have a couple of questions before I begin.
1. I checked some data and demographics with quantcast about the website of the offer I am going to run. The data isnt verified so should i trust it to target my traffic?
2. If the data is somewhat correct should i use that information to target my campaign? Will i get a big enough of a sample size doing that to see if my ads and campaign are successful, or should i broaden that just to see it my ads are working?
3. How much should i start my budget at in the beginning to see how my ads are performing?
Any tips would be greatly appreciated.
Are you using a landing page or direct linking ? in the latter case check the offer's URL with mywot. If it's not green don't even bother to submit for approval
I planned on direct linking, as i am not that great at landing pages. Plus kinda wanted to get my feet wet first running a campaign first before i started focusing on building landing pages. With my wot I read in another post that you can get yellow approved to, just to keep an eye out to make sure it doesnt go any lower. If not i will a have to build a landing page as most of my dating offers are in the yellow.
