★★ multiple accounts - the best way ★★
Hi everyone, my first post and very glad I joined. How many of you guys have multiple accounts? How do you manage each? I presume you use different proxies and such.
I am setting up some campaigns and was afraid that if Facebook somehow finds out about me having multiple accounts, they will auto ban me.
At the same time, I do not want to run campaigns on my personal account and put it in jeopardy.
What do you guys recommend?

there's a big post on FB accounts, something along the lines of "This is the Only Thread to Post in Regarding Facebook Accounts" or something like that I forget the exact name, might be stickied under the FB section, I'd search for that thread, lots of info in there

If you're dealing with Multiple account for Facebook, personally I would be installing separate Virtual machines for each facebook account you have on your computer. Hook up each VM to a separate IP address, and you should then be fine with that side of the ban hammer. If you do get banned on an account, just delete that install and create another one for your new account
Get a piece of paper and a pen, and label what facebook account goes with what install, simple note keeping takes the boggle out of your mind and puts the focus into your marketing rather then juggling whats what before you even get down to the nitty gritty

Thanks maynzie. Can you elaborate on the virtual machine setup? Which Proxy services would you recommend?

VMware.
Keep a copy of "Windows" available for it to create new machines off of.
Proxies: bestproxyandvpn.com (can buy individual for cheap) or anonymous-proxies.net, have to have at least 4, but costs $10/month
Also make sure you have multiple credit cards available. FB has been getting smarter with banning cards lately (in my experience) and they have started linking BIN numbers on your credit cards. If you don't know what that is, it's the numbers that link that card to the Account:
http://www.dirigodev.com/adx/aspx/ad...4-72dc70651f49
So after requesting a new card on one account a couple times, they won't accept any cards from that account, unless you have them whitelist it. This has just been my experience, have others seen the same?

thanks, I appreciate it. Out of curiosity, how many cards do each of you have?

If you abide by FB guidelines carefully and don't do anything shady and advertise a Charity Fan Page to get likes, you should be just fine. yesterday I had 4 accounts frozen because they wanted to verify my identity. They claimed my passport was expired. I showed they were mistaken and also scanned my blacked out SSID, CCbeing used, Proof of address, bank info, etc, etc. 2 hours later all 4 accounts were active again and they all had budget increases. Even a brand new account had an increase and I didn't yet use it.
In past i've used USB 3G internet receivers to login to FB because your IP is different each time you connect (usually). Quite frankly its pretty f**ing annoying having to deal with all the blackhat stuff and on top of it worrying about losing your FB account. I am worry free now because I follow their guidelines to the best that I can and each account has a "thriving charity" fan page, which I presume FB likes.
Good luck!!

**You can have up to 25 FB AD accounts per person** They will def want to check you out in more detail however so be ready for that.

I completely agree, since I hate going around to different computers, locations just to log in to a facebook account, so I wil try to open under my name and my businesses.

Are you going to approach FB white hat or black hat?
If blackhat might I suggest advertising local cheaters LP4 to 30+ usa males with a fake rules LP. You will make a lot of money untill they shut you down. maybe i'm just speaking from my experience. But it would be nice to hear your progress

No monthly - just a once of licence that you need to buy when they release major upgrades. I think its around £60 or something for Mac (VMWare Fusion)
But you can also use VirtualBox which is opensource and FREE!

Did you learn that from experience or someone tell you?

You didnt use fake IDs i assume? If so - does this mean facebook are fine with multiple accounts? Or were these just business/ad accounts - not profile ones?

How much do you spend on that charity page ? Does the numbers needs to be big enough so that it comes up very first on their face as a legit account ?

Hmm Cool! Do you get paid by these local businesses? I just created these the charity & causes pages in expectation the accounts will have more credibility lol Its actually pretty fun if you create a causes page on a topic that's a passion of yours. Meet like minded people REALLY fast.
Straight from the horse's mouth. specifically here:
http://www.facebook.com/help/?page=117476725004620
(Very bottom - Last Line)
I think the risk team would have disabled some accounts during the check if it was not allowed. Still pretty new to FB and still adapting to the style of images they will actually accept long term. But going much better than several months back lmao banned, got a real nasty letter, I should post it

So decided to become facebook's friend instead. They finally updated the dating description of images that are allowed, makes much more sense, its more accurate but still their description can be interpreted soo many different ways. If anyone wants to read it:

I suppose spend whatever you can afford, or at least what you are comfortable spending. Its better if its something you've actually been involved with. It'll be easier to create, grow and maintain.

I'd be interested in what type of "charity" you are promoting?
you just find a local one and promote it?

Yeah just google X charity and grab the link, even if they found out they are not going to complain that you're sending free traffic to their charity

What's the point of having more than 1 account anyway? If you're doing anything remotely that they don't like, you're gonna lose all of those accounts at once.

Would you rather spend $5k x 1 or $5k x 25 on a successful campaign?
