What do you think? "mobile ad networks aren't even regulated yet"

I just read this on a mobile biz-opp salespage: "Mobile ads are the next HUGE goldrush and you should start advertising your offers with mobile ( The FTC has put a stranglehold on traditional affiliate marketing in the US, but mobile ad networks aren't even regulated yet! Here's how to cash in before the hammer comes down! )"

What do you think about the FTC statement?

I know they're looking at it. Looks like all the shortcode stackers are in the line of site according to my interactions with them.

Dario if you mean in the sense that mobile ad network reviewers let more stuff slide then compared to Facebook/Google, then your're right. If its in terms of the ftc/other private eyes, then what smax said.
