help with credit report campaign

hi all ,

i am running a credit report campaign on LI , my landing page CTR is around 14% after 400 views

so i got like 50clicks

but no conversion at all ??????

what do you think i should do now

should i try another offer ?? PS the offer i am running is think credit report from PKM

or this angle is not working and i just should pause the campaign ??

PS : 90% from my views is from one target and the target have CTR of around 13%

1.make sure to split test offers,freescore360,freescoreusa,freescorefinder etc(in my opinion,freescore360 is doing great).
2.don't forget to split test your current lander in different title, some landers got higher CTR but lower convert%
3.50 clicks mean nothing, get more clicks as you can.
4.whatever the angle,14% CTR is sweet. so keep testing and let everybody here know more data.
5.does your offer link open in same window? i dont think a 600*800 window fit this type of offers.

so you have spent $6-$12 testing a $30~ payout offer..

and you expect conversions?

fist thing i would do
is re evaluate your expectations...

expect to spend upto 1k testing that offer.....

if $12 means that much to you then you shouldnt be testing that offer in the first place and start with a lower payout offer

Hum am afraid to tell you thats true

I'm running Credit Reports myself and i gotta tell you I've spent like 800 - 100 to make the campaign profitable. I was getting conversions but it was losing money in the begining then i managed to break even after spending like 600 - 700 and testing like 15 - 20 Landing page and i started seeing profits after spending 1 K so i totally agree with Polar if you got the budget / balls keep testing out.

Good luck

Ahmed

^^ spend more money and get some real data. With 50 clicks and $12 spent you don't really have enough data to make any decisions yet.

If you don't have a huge budget: One thing I like to do on high payout campaigns (vs. $2 email submits where the data comes faster) is optimize targets based on Landing Page CTR. Basically if a target has spent a few dollars and has a .5% CTR and other targets have a 14% CTR I pause the low CTR targets... they hardly ever become profitable.

This way you can optimize targets without spending the normal recommended 2-3x the payout of your credit report offer (approximately $90 per target, which could get expensive)

You are asking a stupid question so people will respond negatively. You have to test more and we can't tell you to rotate this or change that since you don't really give us any info.

it's not a stupid question, come on now..

anyway that LP CTR is encouraging IMO. Shows that your landing page angle is likely doing its job. If you haven't spent at least a bit more than the offer payout though I wouldn't change anything yet, because you'd just be throwing away the testing you've already done.
