All, I think Fb can't make new account again right now, my last account disabled, left my $700/day campaign :'( pretty sad.

When I wanna make new fb account, it's say:

Unusual payment activity.
Our system blah blah blah....
(I'm trying new cc new location new computer, but just like this, btw I'm trying 20 times<)

RIP FB Forever,:'( :'(

(sorry I sad, my 1st income is dead )

Do you get that message as soon as you sign up again?

Have you tried -

Different name
Different tracking links
Different IP - IP Close to Billing Address (not sure if this matters but heard it does)

?

Try using a static IP VPS in a different area.
Create a fake profile (in that area), add a couple friends, then get a prepaid card. (or paypal)

Trust me, it works.
Does it needs our name to be matched with credit card owner ?

Yep, They do verify card details before approving the advertiser.

I presume the prepaid card needs to be under the fake name of your profile? Are you even allowed to get a prepaid card under a fake name? I didn't think you were.

Lately I've noticed that it's much easier to activate FB Ad accounts by selecting direct checking as the payment option. Just enter any bogus information, don't worry about that for now. As long as your IP address isn't blacklisted, the account will be reactivated, you can then add your credit card on the account with FB running any checks on the card.

This completely goes around the barrier of Facebook checking to make sure the bank pin on the credit card is not flagged. So by first going with direct checking, you avoid their strongest filter.

Does this also work with CC's that have been banned in the past?

That direct checking method stopped working about two months ago. Now it will auto-lock your account and ask for identification. That "loop hole" was killed fairly quickly.

I checked on my dads FB account and it gave the choice for "direct debit" is that what you meant?

My FB got banned using Paypal so I am going to make a new fb acc selecting "direct debit". And get myself a new IP, hopefully I will be running again.

New at this stuff

As far as I know using PayPal and FB is a bad idea if you're trying to make multiple accounts. FB is able to get your personal data from PayPal account so will quickly ban you if they find matching CCs or mismatches between addresses/billing info/IP location etc.
