Jumptap - all my creatives rejected!

Just had all my latest batch of Jumptap Ad Bundles rejected, with the reason:

"Strobing effects in ad banners must be limited to three loops. Please do not re-submit without making changes.'

I have to change all creatives,But still by rejected.

It makes me very confused. somebody can help me ?

my example creative:

Animation can only loop 3 times. Your animation is endless. Have them loop 3 times only and resubmit.

Um they dont allow adult banners?

Stop animating after 3 loops as flowmotion said above.

Thay allow adult banners , but traffic volume will very limited - almost nothing . Girls in cleavers also mark as adult .
