Ad Networks With International Traffic

Is there a list of ad networks that shows approximately how much Intl traffic each one has? I'd like to find out who has traffic for UK, CA, AUS, etc.

Just check out a recent Comscore ranking of the top 15 ad networks by reach. The top 3 or 4 should have significant traffic in all latin europe, latam, and english-speaking INTL regions.

Find their tracking URL and plug it into Alexa. eg for Valueclick: fastclick.net

But...I don't know what networks have large amounts of traffic...so how will I know what URLs to grab?
