If you have european traffic, go direct with the casino affiliate programs. Every respectable company has several brands which follow different targets - high rollers, small players, live casino, etc. etc. etc.. Working on rev. share or CPA is the only thing that's worth in longterm, given the fact that if your players are crap you'll get problems with your CPL deal. If you don't, you lose a huge potential on rev. share (up to 45-50% depending on the volume you bring) or CPA deals with a low base of 25-40$ which can pay up to $500+.
