Landing page flagged as threat

It's 2nd time in 2 week period that my landing page have been marked as threat in virustotal scan. It shows 2 / 28 detection ratio. On other 3/28.

CLEAN MX: Phishing site.
Sophos: Malicious site

These landing pages aren't approved by ad network. I think they are using virustotal scan. Also my hosting service wrote me that my site have appeared in malicious site database.

First time it happened I bought new domain name, uploaded the same landing page and virustotal scans showed new domain is clean. Now 2 weeks later new domain is flagged.

I have checked LP and there is no threat code injected. Just for test I removed everything from that directory and left emty index file. VirusTotal still showed the same threat alerts.

I have feeling that someone intentionally marks my domain name as threat.

What do I even do in this situation like this? If I buy a new domain, it's probably going to be flagged as well.
Is this just dirty business where competition is trying to get down others? If so, what kind of protection is possible?

I would check all of my links from that page. Sometimes when networks redirect, their links are flagged and this can happen...
