Some of the parts where you sped up the audio was a bit tough to understand but overall it was a nice walkthrough. Thanks for sharing!

I use WorkFlowy too! It's awesome for breaking down tasks, goals, and making mini mind maps.

Its all good, I kinda figured it out cause you'd mouse over the numbers and figures as you were talking.

Oh and you might want to just post the excel file for the spreadsheet.

Google Docs is cool and everything, but some funny guy might go in there and fudge up all your formulas.

I got a copy and i trust folk not to do that. But by all means create your own excel copy i think the formatting (rag) wont work then and needs to be reapplied though.

he james - if thats the case let me slow it down! give me 30min.

i listen to a lot of video and audio and do everything on 2 - 2.5x the speed so thats probably why i think it was too slow.

Yeah audio is a bit fast, I'm eager to hear it without having to hang onto every word.

I'm a fan of text based tutorials, since its easier to skim first, then go over in depth. That's just me!

P.S. do you use that workflow program a lot? It looks pretty nice.
