leadbolt asking for passport/utility bill?

First time this happened to me as advertiser. Leadbolt just suspended my account and asking me to provide passport scan and utility bill. Not that I mind but why would they need that? To top that they waited until I funded my account before asking this.

Anybody else got this email?

Please reply with a color copy of your passport and proof of address such as a copy of a recent utility bill. This information is requested without prejudice and is treated with strictest confidence and privacy. Please note that this account is temporarily suspended until this information is received. Once we have received these documents they will be verified ASAP and the account reactivated.

yup just sent everything they asked, now waiting to hear back from them.

Are you an international affiliate by any chance? Happens quite a lot when your not in the "wrong" part of the globe
