Hey guys,
I tried logging into my account and got an error message saying I had to contact support. I gave them a call and they asked my for some billing information verification and said that they would look into it and a specialist would get back to me.
Within the day I got an email to state that my account will remain closed due to either one of the below :-
The payment method on file was not authorized by the account owner
The account was accessed without authorization
The account is related to an account that was previously closed
The account was determined to be high risk to other customers or advertisers, as stated in our Editorial Guidelines
I guess this is a typical ban?
Anyway...my account had been put on credit hold a few days before the ban and I added a new payment method. I am thinking this is what triggered the ban. The new cc that I added had a different name and address so perhaps they think it was unauthorized. Who knows?
I called them again and they are still looking into it but not looking good.
Just thought I'd have a little rant and to tell ya'll that although I can't confirm it it could be the billing issue that brought about the review of my account so try not to flag anything there.
Got the same thing. They're customer service is absolutely useless after that email, they refuse to help me after they had "tech look into it".

Sorry to hear that. What do you think caused your ban? Was it billing related as well?
