facebook giving payment error problem

i am experiencing this strange problem with facebook lately. on one account,i am getting this error,whenever they try to charge my account

Sorry, we were unable to process your order at this time.

their is no issue with cc limit,i even called up bank to find out if their is any problem,but no problem from their side. can any one tell what could be wrong.

Did you use this cc on a other account before?
If so they might have banned it. (happend to me with a CC and a Paypal account)

double check your billing address and other info is correct. normally if i put in the wrong billing address I get that msg.

banned CC most likely or banned BIN numbers....

i haven't used this cc before for any account,this is fresh cc. i am using this cc/account for last 2 months.address,billing,person name are all legit.i will call bank and facebook on Monday to sort this out. thanx for quick replies guys
