Life Insurance on LI?

I have added 356 targets in LI and its a life insurance campaign.
And i used the URL scraper here to get targets from Keyword LIFE Insurance Quotes.

I have got literally 0 impressions.
Need help

Well targets have a minimum on LI so he should still see impressions. Sometimes it doesn't immediately start because of the scheduling or budget.
