Is there a guide in here teaching how to build fast and effective email list with the lowest cost possible?

I tried the search function and couldn't find any..

Almost a year ago, stackman said:
Just thought I'd mention here I'm in the middle on writing up a very detailed guide on how to do this the cheapest way.
I discuss the best methods for collecting emails, why choosing a popular niche is the way to go, unique angles to take, how to setup daily emails without seeming like spam, etc..

But I couldn't find this guide..

Simple. I think long term business, not just one time only. I have build an offline business with the same methodology and an email could brought me $30,000. So, why not? Not that I can do this every day but it's one of the easiest way..

Thanks Julien for the guide. I have read those and it's time to test it into action..
