Knowledge on EMD / MFA sites?

Hey,

Whats the deal with all the made for advertising sites? People just grab exact match domains, post a few articles and link the product and put adsense on it? There gotta be more to it. Anyone wants to share some inside?
I'm ready to crank out some sites during the day and i'm not asking for a blue print just some general info on the subject.

You should keep in mind that this isn't a technique that has a lot of long-term life left in it. Ranking an EMD filled with barely legible content and AdSense slapped on it is only going to get harder and harder, less and less ROI as time goes on and Google improves.
