Adcenter Pixel in Hitpath

Can anyone advise on how to get an Adcenter conversion pixel placed in Hitpath? I don't think I've ever managed to get it to place correctly. When I try, hitpath rejects it saying the url is invalid.

This is due to the pixel being formatted like //flex.atdmt.com - without http or https.

any advice on how to get that thing to place in hitpath?

Use the iframe source URL in the <noscript> tag, for example:

<noscript> <iframe src="//flex.atdmt.com/mstag/tag/1332a052-a2f7-4fe3-9912-c28d1d4d6047/analytics.html?dedup=1&domainId=153341&type=1&reve nue=47&actionid=12230" frameborder="0" scrolling="no" width="1" height="1" style="visibility:hidden;display:none"> </iframe> </noscript>

Pull the URL wrapped by the iframe tag which is:

flex.atdmt.com/mstag/tag/1332a052-a2f7-4fe3-9912-c28d1d4d6047/analytics.html?dedup=1&domainId=153341&type=1&reve nue=47&actionid=12230

Then you just append http or https to the URL so it become as below:

Code:
http://flex.atdmt.com/mstag/tag/1332a052-a2f7-4fe3-9912-c28d1d4d6047/analytics.html?dedup=1&domainId=153341&type=1&revenue=47&actionid=12230
Let me know if it works.

adcenter is a JS pixel...

only way it can be used is with a iframe/raw text in hitpath

alot of networks turn off these so that you cant inject some nasty code into the offer....

I would just ask the network to place it for you on the offer....."raw text" works the best as a selection in hitpath for pixel type

I'll give this a shot and see if it works. I'm sure it will add to hitpath like that but... will it track?

@polarbacon - hitpath wont accept the script pixel as raw either, due to the url not being formatted in a manner it understands. maybe my aff manager can force it on there on their end, but the question is... will it track.

I've never tried this before, but I did ask my rep on Bing adCenter, they just told me a vague answer as "you could try that" though. If you're gonna try this and it works, please let me know.

Thanks!
