So, i just submitted some ads that got disapproved for content
This content is not allowed to be advertised on facebook.
Should i just resubmit? Or is my url / images blacklisted now and should i switch domain?

Probably not blacklisted yet, some times they do thought so it's best to create a new camp & edit 1 pixel on the ad. It's very rare that they blacklist the domain.
Don't you wish you had someone to talk to at FB instead of just guessing? Cheeky comment I know. LOL

You can resubmit the images with new content. You have to edit them instead of hitting "create similar ad" and submit again.
I can confirm that FB has its own ad recognition algorithm. If you resubmit ads that got disapproved, you'll be banned automatically.
Ask me why I know? 2 accounts got banned because of this reason... Painful experience but learnt something.
You should always dupe your camp when re-submitting - I've also had accounts banned the same way Kokofai.
