When choosing your targeting for an offer, such as MeetMoi, where the advertisers states something like:
Blacklist devices:
-The Samsung SGH series
-The Motorola A-2A, A-3A, A-4A, and MB200
-iPods, tablets, and gaming devices
-Any prepaid handsets
How do you know which handsets are prepaid? Is there a comprehensive list out there somewhere?

you can get rid of a lot of prepaid via carrier targeting, but some carriers have it mixed into the traffic and at that point it comes down to converting/non-converting devices. AT&T is a big one for burner phones mixed in with their traffic. other carriers separate some of it out. tell your AM to get off his ass and hit up the advertiser for a more detailed list of devices. some advertisers are able to provide that info, some aren't. a lot of the time it's easiest to pull the info out of your data cause it's different for every carrier and constantly changing.
