Do any of you knows which ad networks have feature traffic?

I know JT have feature traffic in US. Buzzcity have feature phone traffic as well in some other countries. Do any of you know other ad networks have feature phone traffic?

Human Demand has feature traffic on certain exchanges (Mocospace, Nexage mostly right now).

Millennial Media has feature traffic, but you can't target specific devices.

It's just part of the game. I don't see it as loss more as they never happened in the first place. You can compare effective CPC of "real" clicks across networks to see which network suits your campaign better.
