Could anyone please share which mobile ad network has the most decent Netherlands traffic?
Mobfox? Anything else?

airpush should have good volume in NL
I've done my research and a lot of networks have good NL traffic, it's just quite competitive when it comes to mobile.
You may find a smaller network that caters more to NL publishers with research, but that's something you'll probably have to find yourself. Shouldnt be too hard, and you'll have a lot less competition this way.
All the big networks can do $x,xxx spending a day in NL though, you just need to fight a little for the volume.
Stack, is that something you're experiencing across the board on networks & countries? All these minimum bids are so low, and even doubling and tripling the bids aren't bringing in that much volume. You have a rule of thumb you go for, like 3-5x minimum bid... or just keep adjusting till you see traffic flowing?

Yep from my experience the min bid is very low on most mobile networks. It doesn't seem to auto adjust like Facebook and other traffic sources, which makes things confusing because you don't know what to bid.
So traffic seems really low because everyone is guessing bids and bidding higher and higher to get the traffic.
Just as an example i remember bidding on inmobi for Canada approx 0.10 cpc spending low $x,xxx a day, then a offer came out that did really well for Canada and a lot of people jumped on. All of a sudden i could barely spend $200 bidding $0.20. The whole time it was telling me to bid $0.06.
So yep i'm seeing it across the board, for most countries with competitive offers. its getting harder and harder to get volume
