Having frequent issues with SP

Hi everybody,

I've been with SP since beginning of May 2012, two weeks ago moved to V2.

SP V2 has very frequent issues with RPU. Several times it has been even offline for quite some time. Today, for example, RPU dropped by 50% and I've been told by AM that the path has tech problems and team of X people trying to fix that asap (similar happened several times before too).

To make a summary of SP V2, looks like their system is buggy, almost each week there are some kind of major tech (or other) problems...

Am I the only one here with the same issues? Any tips?

Besides RPU, did you notice significant drop in users while receiving the same amount of traffic?

Same stuff with me as well. Thats why i'm still promoting on SP1

Unfortunately SP1 will go out within couple days (July 1st).

From our experience when SP goes down we always get cash for time it was down.They are top in solving problems

SP actually proving higher RPUs then GT? Always been curious as to why anyone would use GT vs SP.
