Okay so I've got some campaigns running, most of which are running fine with both my CPV Lab & PoF pixels firing whenever I get a conversion.
My problem is that for ONE specific offer, only about half (if that) of the conversions recorded on Neverblue actually fire in CPV Lab and PoF.
I have talked to my AM but he's pretty useless, told me it would just be because they don't record clicks from the same IP address - which is clearly not the problem unless it is the same 6 people clicking my ads and signing up to the same offer every day. He told me I'll just have to upload subids manually, and wasn't any more help.
I don't have SSL on my tracking domain, could this be the problem and I'd have to get SSL + change my pixels to "https"?
It's just weird that they only fire some times. Getting sick of having to upload subids and not know which ones actually have already been recorded.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
Are you dealing with postback pixels? If it's just Neverblue and you are getting the same lack of conversions at the PoF and CPVlab end (are these independent or does CPVlab pixel fire the PoF one?), and just for that advertiser, then it's likely at the network/advertiser end. Do you notice it's specific subids not getting conversions passed or is it just a medley of everything?
Thanks for the reply Zeno.
Sorry forgot to mention that I'm using image pixels. On Neverblue I'm placing both the image pixel for PoF and for CPV Lab. And yes I'm pretty sure when one of them fires, the other does also, so I assume it must be their end.
It's random, as I've got unique subids.
Might just have to hit up my AM again and get him to actually do something huh?
The iframe pixel has worked for me when the regular one will not. I would try that. Also Ive been having similar issues with some offers, using the same tracking. Although different networks seem to work, while others don't.
It could also be client-side - i.e. for this particular offer, when the users get to the page where the pixel fires, a lot of them don't load the image pixel properly due to various reasons - e.g. scripting issues, adblocking, page load time = they go off it before all content loads, etc. That's why Server2Server pixels are so much better heh. Anyway, like Bizman said, try changing to iFrame pixels - I know they are the preferred method for PoF.
Thanks for the advice guys.
I know how to use the iFrame pixel as I'm using it on other networks. The only problem is Neverblue doesn't seem to give me the option to place an iFrame pixel.

I shall hit up my AM right now and see if I can get one on there. Will let you know how it goes!
So I talked to my AM and he said Neverblue don't support iFrame pixels uggh.
He's going to look into the problem later today. Finally.
