Inspired by this thread http://stmforum.com/forum/showthread...e-Hunger-Games it will be awesome to have a mobile mastermind group of 5 or 6 people with some experience in affiliate marketing.
I have been stuck in $150-$300 day profit for a while now. I have try mobile before with some profitable campaigns but thats was 10 months ago, recently I haven´t been able to get a profitable campaign in mobile.

Maybe only 30-50 Mobile Campaigns placed but I literally just started focusing on it.
Be cool to be able to throw ideas around and come up with a solid attack plan.
Would be cool to see how many we get from each timezone, maybe break the timezones down into smaller Impact groups ( or whatever you want to name it ) then the Mods
after X-XX days from the start have like a battle royal where the top grp per timezone wins and moves on to round 2 to fight it out with the leading team from the other time zones.
Maybe we slap a 100$ per team entry or per person that goes to the top 3 global teams
The key though would be to have it where all the participants would have access to the Meat and Potatos ( not the campaigns etc , but atleast a mindmap or breakdown of what they may have done differently than the others.)
No price is to much for a solid system. As long as everyone starts their campaigns from scratch, no grabbing the offers and just cloning it to make it an instant winner.
maybe the mods pick the offers or niche. maybe there is a Spending Cap per campaign. Just slinging shit out here.
Sorry to be long winded but every since I read the Hunger Games post I fell in love with the idea.
I'm interested.

I've been introduced to masterminding by Bob Proctor while in his coaching program.
I think it would a good idea to apply his MM principles:
1. MM runs at the same day and time every week
2. Mastermind meeting should run like a "swiss watch". It starts at the top of the hour sharp and last no longer than an hour. I.e. if it starts at 11:00 AM, joining at 11:02 is NOT ok.
3. Every MM member have to be committed to participate in MM every week, no exception.
4. MM consist of 2-8 people (3-6 is ideal IMO)
5. Every one gets equal amount of time to request MM help. This is controlled by MM time keeper (appointed every time).
6. Besides a time keeper, MM leader is appointed each time to lead the call and make sure it runs smoothly, as well as MM note taker to provide a brief recap of the ideas exchanged to each participant.
7. One participates to give, not only to get
I suggest we have a mastermind fee - anything between $100-200/mo (or more if group decides so) that's given to a charity, to make sure everyone takes the MM seriously.
I'd be willing to organize first mastermind call.
I don't think location is a major problem. We can easy organize smth between US and EU, if US participants are available in the morning or early afternoon.
I'm up for it.
UK, 2 years marketing, 1.5 full time mobile, not mentioning money in-case my ex-wife ever gets to read this.
Campaigns, get it working in one country and then take it to another.
OK so I have added Nickster, Rich, Myself and MobadSpy into the UK group. We are looking for 1-2 more UK members. If someone can take charge of another couple of timezones that would be great.
I have add it Mill, dubbsy, google and myself for a North America group. I think it could be form another group from Europe

Revenue: Low-Mid $xx,xxx/month ... I've hit a ceiling recently that I'm trying to break through. Really need to learn how to use new traffic sources efficiently. Recent tests have not been too promising unfortunately, so I could use some coaching in this area.

Location: Seattle
Time: 2 years dabbling part time. It's time to commit
Campaigns: maybe a couple hundred
Location: San Diego, Cali
Time: 8-9 years
Campaigns 50-75 ( I typically find something I like and focus on it. So many bigger campaigns rather then broader. )
As everyone knows I A4D and also part of a mobile self serve push network.
Experience in lead gen, call centers, credit card processing, coreg, data brokering, media buying on most sources, offer building, fulfillment, opening office in international countries, running a larger organization ( the most valuable thing of all ). And other stuff I'm sure I'm not thinking of.
Would be happy to invest limited/dedicated time to help people scale to the next level on things.
Not sure how would be the best to do this. But I've worked with 1000's of people personally and helped lots scale past a point where they're stuck.
It's usually the 4 same things.
1. No capital which is an easy fix, as your network to pay you faster or even prepay you.
2. Picking a traffic source that doesn't scale very well. No reason to be a master of something that's going to make you $100/day profit because that's all the traffic they have.
3. Picking an offer that's going to appeal to, to small of a group.
4. Fear. Yep the greatest thing we have to fear is fear itself. "What happens if..." Who gives a shit just jump in and do it.
