How the hell is this approved by Google? (28)
The ad linked to a site that displayed a lambda page about weight loss,
once approved, this site started cloacking to this pill provider site.
His/ her account might get suspended soon enough, It may not last long.
I understand the cloacking, what about the ads though? You are not supposed to be able to make outlandish claims like that in your ads, are you?
Well, ... they don't mention a time span e.g. I lost 17 stone in 4 days.... so I guess maybe they allow it??? Still, being such affiliate HATERS, you'd think they wouldn't allow it.
Who wants to risk their account to try it..??

Yes exactly. This isn't a small-time guy who got under the radar for the last 3 days. It's a big thing.
You'd be amazed at what you can get away with on Adwords. Skerd money don't make no money...
There are people approving / denying your adwords. It is entirely possible something slipped through the cracks, or was just missed. That would seem unlikely for many countries, but perhaps it was a batch approval. I wonder what would happen if you try something similar...

Basically, a lot of people are scared to push the envelope with google. google is not the cops, they can't put you in jail. Those of us who are not skerd are making a killing on google. They are a huge pain in the ass but the traffic is worth it.
Also, google has decent customer service these days. You can talk to a rep on the phone (just don't mention you're an affiliate) and a lot of times get them to tell you exactly what you need to do to get an ad or page approved.
What's the worst thing that can happen? You get banned. Big deal, get another account. There's info on this forum detailing how to do that. On many occasions, we've gotten accounts unbanned, but it's always from talking to (not just emailing) a customer service rep.

the site aside from possibly cloaking (i'd have no idea or not)... is that it has navigation and links... which is different than the 'usual' pages... just trying to get the sale on 1 page.
Also, i didn't see anything saying "free" on the sales pages... and there's no continuity on any of the options. (thats typically the biggest moneymaker in pills)
@rockstar1.... damn.... i must have had the complete opposite experience.... and i run my own offer... i was never able to get anyone on the phone nor get a straight answer as to what pages are ok and what aren't. I can't spend money on something where i don't know the rules and they refuse to tell me. just a bad business move.
but fuck... they have SO much traffic... and right now i think there's almost zero competition in many niches.
what are you doing differently?
@bangkokbaby, I do display network as well and other than it taking longer to get approved I don't see a huge difference.
@dconstrukt, not sure how long it's been since you ran on google but you can absolutely get someone on the phone now. If you have a new account, they go as far as reaching out to you to see if you need assistance sometimes.
I cloak everything, so it's pretty easy for me to show them exactly what they want to see as far as landing page since I don't have real traffic going to it.
@rockstar1.... gangsta.... biggest issue is what kinda landing pages and shit. if it was my call... i'd just get all the traffic to a squeeze page and build a monster list, and sell them my products.
i don't see anyone in my niche short of 1-2 dudes on adwords... i think once my new offer videos are done, there's a LOT of money to be made.
just need to learn the 'how' at this point and get it done.

Ya you can send them wherever. Ive found i get better results setting up my own campaigns, so we just do that ourselves.

You can also advertise on GCN through sitescout...... You have to have a rep manually approve you for it, and there are strict regulations around the ads (ie no ad tags, no html, creatives have to be branded, etc)
I'm interested in cloaking too. I've used LPgen in the past, but it's a little on the slow side. Is there a better script/program available?

i got my adwords banned recently. Running my own offer - Diablo 3 speed leveling guide. Call them like everyday for a week straight. Final answer, that my business model does not comply with their TOS. no matter what lander i use it's still the same. Seems like they ban the ENTIRE niche.
Any kind of ideas that can help me get this baby up? My product is super hot man i just need to get ahead of the competitors with Google traffic, it's golden!

Through Human Error.
Running with cloaking can be super risky, but I do it all the time. Sometimes you just need to do what you gotta do to get the best campaigns through.
