Conversion Inconsistencies? (7)
Any of you guys doing decent mobile volume been seeing inconsistencies with your conversions? (Mostly on higher payout offers $6+)
I've had some campaigns that just kill it some days then flop, but my problem is there has been no consistent patterns in the data for me to do any day parting and its been over a month.
Just curious if anyone's been seeing this with the higher payout stuff too.

Mostly international PIN Submits and a few ringtones, the inconsistency drives me nuts. I have seen swings of $1000+ a day then literally nothing the very next day, this is on multiple traffic sources too.
For sure. Tracking on PIN submits are really crap. Hit up your network and ask them to check. I've had leads credited to me every time I've seen conversion dips like that. If its that extreme it may be that the advertiser's tracking went down. It may also be that there are problems with a particular carrier which happens quite often in which case they could not bill - hence no lead to you.
I know some traffic sources that will make this happen. I don't know of any offers that do this consistently though.
I assume you are tracking each traffic source. Are you seeing constant dips in conversions for each? Have you split tested the offer on another network?
I've seen offers that follow a scrub pattern, its like 3-4 days of good conversions and then then the 4th or 5th day there is a huge decline in conversion rate, I only picked this up because a few people running same offers as me at the time mentioned it to me then it was like in my face obvious lol
Same here. I'm quickly losing faith in the concept of tracking, as I haven't been able to pickup any discernable pattern, no matter what I'm split-testing. It all just seems purely random.
