I've been experimenting with an sms gateway. and I was wondering if networks can really find out if you are sending their offers using sms. Say I'm directing my users like this: TEXT---> LP---->OFFER or COREG.
Can The networks really tell what you are doing?

Don't do that dude. Was someone like you who did this, FUCKED up shortcodes using SMS and stopped bread for other people last year.
To answer your question...PSMS Industry monitor will find out and likely charge the network. That can mean millions of bucks lost because of nuked shortcodes and your account canned.
Don't run sms on offers that strictly said it is not allowed!
plus, usually, the users end up contacting the end advertiser to complain, who then contacts us (networks), and we can track it back to the publisher. Besides, the lawsuits going around is why we dont allow SMS.. you dont want to be involved in that.
