Some gaming campaigns require an impression pixel to be placed on my side. What is that? Am I only able to place it if I have my own ad server, to account for the banner impressions?
What if I place it on the landing page?
My guess is it's the same thing as a tracking pixel, except it counts an impression every time it's loaded.
Send them an email to confirm, but I'd be willing to bet you just treat it pretty much the same as that.
Yeah just a normal pixel, so would need to a) have an adserver, b) be able to place iframe/html/multiple images as your ad. What kind of advertising is this btw? Seems a bit weird to me for an advertiser wanting such a thing.
why they want to track impression ?
Yeah that's the tracking pixel/ Normal Pixel.
I don't know why they need it but they always track those.
