Is there any really good method for getting a lot of separate payment cards/accounts to put on multiple (>10) Facebook accounts under different names/locations?
I've heard of American Express employee cards working in the past, but does Facebook even accept those on a lot of accounts, or in different locations?
Are there any good online services/providers of sure-fire ways to get a re-loadable option?
