I am looking for some good dating offers for male. I need high conversion rate and high payout offers (> $5/lead) but they must be allowed promote on FB Ads. Could you guys give me some good offers or good networks to join?

No one can guarantee you high conversion rate because a lot of that depends on you and your campaign; nor can they guarantee >$5 payouts since that's country specific. That being said, Be2 probably has a large number of offers that are green-ish on MyWoT so can be somewhat safely run on FB. The majority of dating offers can't be run safely on FB without cloaking though.
Networks wise you should have luck with ones such as A4D, Adsimilis. I know A4D has a lot of dating offers direct, and Adsimilis is good with their international scope.
Disclaimer: I don't run dating on FB so wait for some advice from someone who does.
I would suggest you try senior people meet, if you run it right it can be very profitable, i dont know about running on FB though.
I had 40% CVR with localslobby on cpafuel. Payout is $3, but lots of room for bumbs. Don't know about facebook though

The question here is does "allowed promote on FB Ads" ask whether the offer can easily promoted on FB easily, i.e. green on MyWoT etc, or that the offer itself allows social/FB traffic.
