Anyone know sources (besides FB and Google) that allow you to target English speaking international users worldwide? Preferably something with at least a little volume potential $500+ per day.
Outside of pof, I'd say to hit up quantcast/g adplanner, do some demo research on highest concentrations of your target demo and then take that info to Site Scout/ Adbuyer. Or run placements on AU, CA, UK, IE, NZ traffic exclusively on SS/Adbuyer
