the domain loading time
Hi,
I've started a campaign on TV. I'm using CPVLab on beyondhosting and my domain is on a dedicated server. The total loading time is 3-4 seconds. Is that fast enough??

if you're running ppv traffic try to stay under 100kb
but 2-3 seconds is still very slow for a 270kb page...should be under 1 second. if you run a test on pingdom tools you should see what is causing the slow load time

I've managed to decrease it to around 650ms. The LP now weighs around 180KB. The problem was connected with wordpress... it slowed the domain down heavily.

If you call all Javascript code, css etc externally rather than having them on your document will help load time too.

Did you remove wordpress from the domain completely?

nope, I just cut this one subpage out of it

By that you mean you made a static page that is outside of wordpress?
