When I want to create a report on FB, most of the time I also get a colum with the CTR for each demo. But for some campaign I do not?
Do you need a minimum of clicks or something like that? I have over 100 so that should be ok
Sometimes, it takes a time around 2-3 days to show relevant date like social CTR, ads CTR etc and you are rite. Minimum clicks should be over 100. Wait 2-3 days. It will start appearing.
This is called responder demographics report and you indeed need 100+ clicks. And in my experiences it is generated in the beginning of every week for previously running ads.
A little background:
Joined STM about a month and a half ago. Started running my first campaigns last week on a FB personal account. Have about 5 different ads set up for a payday campaign and linked to a networks landing page. I'm doing a 80/20 rev share in my favor through a best friends new startup network. They have their own payday offers which is a bonus for me. So far I've driven about 100 clicks to the landing page with no conversion.
I am dealing with this same problem as Patje72. At first I could not run "Responder Demographics" report. It took about 3 days for this data to show up and is delayed each and every day by the same number of days. I guess this part is normal.
The other problem I am dealing with is my full report running. I get all data from 3 days ago and further except for % of clickers and CTR for my "responder demographics" report. This makes testing a bit hard being as I'm spending about 30-50 a day and can't edit my demographics so that my advertisement only uses impressions on my refined target market.
Also not receiving any report on data from "actions by impression time" and "inline interactions." Anyone have any added thoughts about this?
Yes this was annoying, you get the data only a few days later, I do have the data though for ads under 100 clicks, i think those showed up more then a week later only
