Ok guys, let's for a moment imagine that all interns on fb died and all ads got approved regardless if it was for a page that shows mangled corpses.
Wich offers would convert and kill no matter what on fb?
You know, just in case you get lucky getting those in there... 
If Facebook ads would bring back downloads and email submits - these 2 niches alone would bring in additional millions of dollars per month back into the industry..
Certain downloads are still allowed on fb.
Business opp - weight loss rebill - skin/beauty rebill - All these niches kill on FB like NOBODY's BUSINESS!
I don't see a rebill offer (2 bucks trial one) in ages!

But yeah, I'd agree with the email/zip submits. Those are specifically designed to monetize the masses. And they usually come with built-in gimmicks that are perfected for massive CTRs.
