QUestion about flog/fnews

I'm from non US country, can I run fnews/flog on weight loss product (and I'm not caught by FTC to the prison) thanks!

Simple answer is NO! It doesn't matter where you're from, if you are advertising in the US you have to follow the US laws.

If you have a big cojones and you do not live in a country that has an existing extradition treaty with USA, sure.

There are ways to be compliant so look into that OP. To answer your question regardless, US has diplomatic relations but no extradition treaty with Indonesia.

I highly doubt anyone is going to bother with finding someone in Indonesia. There are plenty of noobs running news site in the US they can easily track down and bankrupt.
