My name is johan , Im new to the Forum
Need dome Advice but I will post daily updated on my ventures.
Im very good and certified with adwords and adcenter, and analytics been a PPC manager and SEM manager for a couple of agencies. I have my own SEO/SEM business but I want to
be a successful affiliate, been a lazy barely profitable affiliate for years.
So I have:
CPVLabs - setup and am comfortable working with it.
good VPS -
Accounts with:
EWA - Peerfly - A4d - Clickbank
Im good with HTML, CSS, Wordpress, and coding in Javascript and more
Have a team to back me up (graphics & Dev)
My questions are?
Landing Pages got unbounce and Proaffiliate theme in WP, I also have access to a landing page wp plugin that I helped develop.
1-When you're designing landing pages do you host them on diferent domains or just 1 domain, I had terrible conversion using the offer landing page. ?
2-What verticals and offers should I start with? health, dating, bizops, ???

OK found a click bank offer on weight loss, Im setting my adcenter campaign, I got a $30 day budget for testing for 10 days.
set up WP domain with product content, started setting up the campaign.
Question Im very confused setting adcenter with CPV about the actual link that goes into my cpv campaign as I setup a hoplink with a tid=adcenter put it in a file.php redirect in my wordpress blog
therefore should I used that file in order to show my referrer from the blog . while im trying to set up conversion tracking within adcenter .. looks weird
let me know your guys thoughts
URL token in CPV Lab should be: &keyword={keyword}
Im not sure if Clickbank products are going to be approved on AdCenter unless they are cloaked.

What makes you wanna move away from the expertise of PPC? I know there is some HUGE money still there, but yeah social is also good

Landing pages, I got a couple of domains just rotating Landers are better then DL'ing these days for sure!
Dating is evergreen, its what I like to run, but health and biz opp have insanity cash still in them brother

Hey johanseg for tracking you can also take the pixel from Adcenter and place this over at Clickbank, they support pixels for Microsoft and Google, you will find it under account settings, that way all your keyword conversion data will be shown in Adcenter
PPC is great business but you need big accounts to make money, and I'm just starting my company so I lack good ppc clients
yes I have setup the adcenter pixel and adwords in clickbank. wondering how to also use cpvlabs with this clickbank adcenter campaign
Im just started with this offer, because I had nothing to go on, so I had to start somewhere,
I also try running some POF and Facebook campaigns, without any luck ("to be expected") this weekend, made $6 dollars spent $200 using direct linking to landing page.

I wouldn't run anything related to Clickbank or ebooks on Adwords.

As a consultant, I had great budgets to handle, but no matter how high the budgets were, when it was ebook related, the accounts of my customers were banned.
This is the only industry where I had problems.
Everything was running well with online shopping or even with gambling.
I have a lot of experience in PPC as well, I do it now like I do SEO these days: I spend all my energy to un-optimize my landing pages lol 
My tactics with Ebooks now is the following:
I drive all the traffic on blog pages, which contain fake ads which are actually the real affiliate link.
And on my blog, I overuse:
- Legal stuff, privacy info etc.
- Contact page
- A lot of content
Everything that can make your website legit: social, legal things, optimized for users... is good to add.
I emphasize all the legal stuff so much that sometimes, you see those links more than my call to actions.
My goal now is to try with pages that looks like more to online shopping websites.
Of course, conversion rate is a disaster on these campaigns.
It converts worst than before, when I was using the old fashioned sales pages, but I keep my accounts safe because of a legit project that I want to launch in a year or two.
I don't do a lot of PPC these days so I've never gone to the road of cloaking but I will certainly try in the future, with another accounts.

I know the editorial guidelines for ebooks and "frown upon services and products" thats why im using adcenter, I installed the adwords pixel just because I was installing the adcenter pixel.
I have my accounts for testing if any campaign is profitable, I will import it into another account, that I dont have to worry about getting it banned.
Will try some CPA on adcenter as well. gotta check the editorial guidelines but i think im ok.
ok so I went all crazy since I was bored with pof and fb. $200 spent i have balance of $93 -Will start doing a more scientific approach (2 copy 10 images) for latino dating.
well finally got approved for bb people meet - christian mingle
made my first sale with clickbank $35 budget spend on adcenter $12
will make a pof campaign tomorrow

Is this a search campaign or a content network campaign?
If search, are you including partners?
If your trying to run click bank on Adcenter and Adwords, Your not going to have a very good time!
