While doing some research, I saw this interesting case study about the use of Youtube Promoted Videos by Six Pack Shortcuts, which is one of the top exercise products on clickbank (and co-owned by a guy also active in the pick up niche, Daniel Rose).

I'll quote the interesting bits:

Anyone used promoted videos before? If not, you might want to add the idea to your list.
It's usually considered a blackhat method (because people do it through spam) to merchants. At least that's if you're hitting directly into affiliate offers
