Does Any1 Direct Link on mobile in Adwords?

Hey guys, I have been using the typical ad networks like inmobi, airpush etc to drive traffic for mobile. I'm thinking of using adwords because I need more traffic. So if any1 here has any success with promoting mobile offers on adwords, some words of advice/experience is greatly appreciated!

95% of offers we run on mobile are direct linked, doesn't matter the traffic source.
