The network is quoting me .0045 cpm, full-page popunder, ron that sounds like it includes a lot of file-sharing and blog hosting type sites, in a major EU country. That sounds high to me, considering the types of sites.
What does popunder traffic usually go for?
Also, are there any RTB-type services with pop traffic?
