Having considered that their own employees own more than 50% of the company's share, I wonder if there will be enough "outside pressure" to make them grow even more rapidly - eg. implement mobile ads, re-structure their ad serving platform etc...

I wouldn't count on it. Zuckerberg will be retaining about 57% of the voting power even though he will have only 28% of the stock. Basically he will single handedly make all the decisions and he doesn't give a crap about wall street quarterly earnings estimates.

Haha wow more false media hype to brainwash the masses. If no one was clicking on the Facebook ads then how would they earn so much? They earned billions off their ads, which means people are definitely clicking and advertisers are paying big money for their campaigns.
