Need more traffic on Facebook... (9)

I can't get more traffic per day!!! I'm can spend just $50 per day on traffic.
Why that?
You need to hit the $50 limit for a consecutive 3-5 days and they will increase the limit to $250 for you.
Add a cell number to your account and you get bumped to $250 right at the start.
today was my account bumped to $250 
If I spend $250 consecutive 3-5 days, they will bumped to $1000 a day?
Normally its $250 - $350 - $500 - $750 - $1000
But sometimes you get bumped to $2k after $500 or something. I've mailed them a couple of times asking for a bump, and I got bumped to $2k once and $5k the next time

I'm getting this message when I want create an ad. What can I do ti fix that?

This is probably not a bug in proxygen. Based on experience, either intern or latest is temporarily down due to a SEV or push.

Are you using a proxy to create the ads? I've also had trouble submitting ads while in "private browsing mode" in the browsers, not sure if you're using that as well.
