How I Got a New AdWords Account After Being Banned (9)
Thought I share my story in how I went about creating a new adwords account after I got banned. It was pretty simple and hopefully this may help you guys out.
1. I called my CC and got a new CC #
2. Created a new Gmail account
3. Used my parents home address (you can use friends and/or open a P.O. Box)
4. Done.
Was up and running within 2 weeks as I had to wait for my new CC to come in the mail. Oh and did I mention I was able to get an additional $100 AdWords credit? 
How long has your new account been running?
Are you accessing it from the same ip from which you were banned?
That may be a way for them to detect you.
Keep us updated if you are able to use this account from the same ip.
Its been running great! and regarding the IP I've since relocated so yah the IP is definitely different from the IP I originally signed up with. But can you not call you ISP and request and IP change?
I don't think Google bans accounts based on IP. I have used several accounts from the same IP and never had a problem. As long as the name and credit card are different you should be ok. Facebook is 10x more of a pain in the ass than Google.
What I meant was... Once you have been banned, they usually flag your ip. So if you try to open a second account using the "banned" ip. They will know.
